We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹100 COD charge will be applicable.

If an order is undelivered or lost in transit, the complete order amount including any applicable shipping charges will be refunded.

2. How long does it take for an order to reach me?

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location within India. In rare cases, delivery may get delayed due to unforeseen courier or accessibility issues.

3. Does Collar Theory deliver outside India?

Currently, Collar Theroy delivers only within India.

You can place an order from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be located within India.

4. I previously received delivery at my address, but now my order cannot be placed. Why?

Some pin codes may become temporarily unserviceable due to courier partner limitations.

If your pin code is currently unavailable for delivery, please try using an alternate address. For assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

5. Your website mentions dispatch within 24–48 hours, but delivery takes longer. Why?

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, courier partners may take 5–7 working days to deliver the shipment depending on the destination.
